Yes, pets are welcomed in designated areas only. Pets are prohibited from the beach and the playground areas.

3) Am I permitted to rent or lease my unit when I’m not using it?
Yes, you are permitted to rent or lease your unit during the spring and summer months

4) What security do you offer?
Raymond Shores is not a public campground rather it is a secure, private resort. The community itself is gated with a year round Manager.

5) What services are provided?
Services include year-round state of the art community water and waste water system. Sites are also equipped with 100 AMP electrical and a phone line. All services are included with the exception of telephone and power, which is billed directly to the owners.

6) Are there any maintenance fees?
Yes, lot owners pay annual maintenance fees that cover all expenses related to maintaining common areas, landscaping, security, management, roadway maintenance, water, sewage, snow removal, etc. The monthly cost of this is projected to be approximately $160.00/month.

7) What is the drive time from Calgary/Edmonton?
Raymond Shores is conveniently located. It is approximately two hours from Calgary, one hour from Edmonton and half an hour from Red Deer.

8) How many guests am I permitted to have on my lot?
You are welcome to have up to ten guests stay overnight without approval.

9) What facilities are in the surrounding area?
Raymond Shores is well positioned in Central Alberta. The lake itself offers all the peace and tranquility of a resort get away, but is still conveniently located close to all major amenities, including:
